Data Deletion Instructions

WillPost respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to delete the data associated with your WillPost account, including any information obtained through connected social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.

Delete data from within WillPost

• Disconnect a social account: Go to Settings in the app and disconnect any connected platform. This immediately revokes and deletes the access tokens and profile data we hold for that connection.
• Delete your account: Deleting your WillPost account removes your account data and the content you have stored with us. Contact us if you need help completing a full account deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, or you want us to delete your data on your behalf, send a request to will@willpost.online from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We will verify your identity and delete your personal data, connected-platform tokens, and stored content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, hashed password).
• Access tokens and profile data from connected social platforms.
• Media, captions, brand documents, notes, and campaign data you stored in WillPost.
