Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WillPost ("WillPost", "we", "us"), a service operated by WILLBILL Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using WillPost

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use WillPost. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the media, captions, and other materials you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant WillPost a limited license to host, process, and publish Your Content solely to provide the service — including generating captions and publishing to the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to Your Content and that it complies with applicable laws and the policies of each social platform.

Connected platforms

WillPost integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok). Your use of those platforms through WillPost is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use WillPost to:

• Violate any law or the terms of any connected platform.
• Post spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Polar is the seller of record for your subscription and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's own terms and privacy policy. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Early-bird rate

The early-bird rate is limited to the first 20 paying customers. It applies to the plan you first subscribe to while the offer is available and remains in effect for as long as that subscription stays continuous. If you cancel and return later, or change plans, the price then available for that plan applies. A cancellation does not reopen an early-bird place.

Termination

You may stop using WillPost and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may harm WillPost, other users, or third parties.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WillPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WillPost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Mauritius shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of WillPost. Our processing of your personal data is governed by the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of WillPost after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
